from how the article reads, that's exactly right - - "at least 300 million 'PLUS' assumption of all debt." there are some idiots out there who think this won't end up happening, and that blockbuster will instead go to chapter 7 bankruptcy (full-on liquidation).
i suspect this thing will take off pretty soon here.
