IMO one of the key factors here is Subway for DTSL. Subway would not put their name on something that was a scam or fraudulent in any way. The CEO was honest about the dilution and as long as it was really done for capital raising purposes and he executes his business model with the funds, I believe this play could be larger than many expect. JMO:-)
