they wouldn't be quite the newbie *reading* today ;-)

regardless .. from my very first posts in this venue
i've said the following .. understand risk vs. reward
never invest more than one can afford to lose .. realize
it's an electively reporting co. .. and when ETC couldn't be
spun off .. AS increase and shares issued .. not a surprise

i fully expect a r/s .. if the co. stays public .. it will
happen when mgmt uplists .. i think it's safe to say that
won't be happening in 2011 :)

if co. is taken private (intent of new ceo???) .. i would also
expect a r/s .. that may very well come to pass in 2011 .. imo

can't wait to see what comes to pass .. you?

Many inquiries have been made regarding a potential reverse split of the company’s common stock. There is no reverse split planned or under consideration at this time. Further, the company has not planned and has no intention to take the company private.
