I very seriously doubt there will be outside offers for BCSP from China or the Middle East. Firstly, Asians do not do business as it is done in the West. They don't get involved in contentious bidding. So, count them out of Alaska.

Middle Eastern money might be interested in a monetary investment in Alaska, but not via a mining vehicle - they don't have them of the sort capable of such massive undertakings.

For these reasons, I believe it is only the Arizona properties that are being marketed overseas. Certainly I'll be happy to be proven wrong, but I doubt that will happen.
