One of the Audit Unknowns,

not to sound like Rumsfeld, is Rangebox. Quite a bit of silence there Saredi. "RangeBox is currently undergoing patent protection" reads the last update on Rangebox.com. I think there are government websites to check on recently approved patents?

So I am praying that Rangebox is the cat's meow. Because for those who choose not to convert their SDVI shares there is a slight problem. Did Ken have a legal obligation to state more? Of course if it is the cat's meow there is no problem.

However, in Ken's vcc he never offers a disclaimer that Signature Devices may own nothing more than already existing technology. Understand again, I'm not saying that is the case, just offering my layman take on the matter. Upon watching earlier vcc, a reasonable person would believe that the spokesperson believes the technology is original and/or legally acquired from the originator. Let's wait and see. GLTY
