vfin, doms, and arca are in control here. they dictate, not you, me or anybody else. they have millions to dump and until they stop dumping, the stock is going down imo. no catalyst to move upward at all. nobody wants to pay .009 for a stock that the company and it's money-raising partners are willing to dump at .005 and below imo. so, tomorrow, i predict .005.
