I like your optimism. I'm curious why they never got the website back up. The SEC must be still riding them about something. I hope it gets cleared up soon. I'm not sure why it's taking so long.

We need a resolution, either way. Hopefully we get some sort of response from either the company or the SEC.

Yep. I believe the SEC suspension and investigation will indeed result in an enforcement action against the company and whoever's behind it.

While your enthusiasm and optimism are to be appreciated, I suppose, the uncomfortable facts about this company are all about suspensions, SEC investigations, and outrageous claims about a takeover that did not have any legs.

Lawjak last I heard this was a scam. Has something changed? I havent followed the events here and I am all for a positive attitude but I thought this would be back in the 000 area after the BS this went through
