That was at 3:44pm (meaning almost at the close). The stock is severly oversold and the Nov numbers showed a huge increase in short interest. I say OMG squeezing the $%@^ out of the shorts. :)
As I have analyzed on this thread many times, OMG is not a likely bankruptcy case, most of their debt is not bank debt, they have assets they can sell to come into the bank covenant" limits, and their clean book is around $14/share. It does not mean that it is not going to be volatile again and even retest the $4 area, I have a single position now (from $6.41) with a very nice $4.95 cushion from a number of trips, I'll keep this one for at least a double bagger.
