I agree with your analysis. The timing of the filings was also similar. The share holdings have been disclosed. The next step is some sort of merger or partnership. Something big is in the works.
The old PYBX is gone and so is the old TRDY. Neither the TRDY sharesholders, nor the PYBX shareholders know what they own.
