Question for anyone:
Who benefits from all these delays in allocation? I'd think the government would benefit from the fastest possible allocation and subsequent exploration and development, but there are obviously wheels within wheels and I've held for over a year without making any real money. Seems like there's always a new deadline.
I've heard about there being mysterious politics and such, but wouldn't any government want to get this going? If not, I'm wondering why not.
