we'll just agree to disagree then re: expo & mgmt

with etc not being spun off as a private entity
it truly was no secret that access to capital
would be sought by mgmt .. and it's very clear
*entities* have been buying shares at every step
of the *pps* decline ;-)

again .. i have zero issues with with expo having
a MC of 333,000 .. until mgmt delivers on what they've
publicly stated

and i have zero issues with with exph NOT TRADING one
share from now till that event comes to pass

lastly i'm a big believer that anyone with concerns
should wait for clarity .. one can't have regrets
with clarity ~

i've said there is no gray here .. imo there is NONE
