So, the rest of it is that there were some "recent" changes in the management...
I guess some of that would be inevitable as the former CEO died...
But, it still leaves questions about any improved capacity or capability that the new guys might have... better ability to fund the project, better ability to manage a product development and a market introduction... manage intellectual property, and correct the problems in the management of the legal affairs, etc.
If there were timing issues, relative to the market implosion, and prior funding... well, time may not heal all wounds in the market, but, there is perhaps still some bit of time left on the clock here ?
On the more basic DD side, I've still not read through the patents, or compared them to what else is out there in the same vein... so don't know if what they have in the tech is simply "adequate" to get them a position in the market, or if the patents they have would actually grant an useful monopoly relative to competitors... versus a "me too" product potential.
Then, given the remaining risks... and the amount of funding required to enable success... need to go back to look at the share structure and the pricing issues relative to the risks.
Appreciate the help from folks here...
Makes it look like there might be enough of a reason to at least consider doing the work in DD, to figure out the potential...
