CPRKSA defies common sense in many respects

It is definitely a new thought process enabled by the internet that allowed this collaborative effort to mature to this point.

I believe CPRKSA by virtue of gathering shareholder data and voting rights via email and website in order to obtain recognition by a BK judge has already set a precedance.

Who would have thought that a common shareholders group would be in the position they are in today. ****The common sense (sometimes referred to as conventional wisdom) approach would have been to cut individual investment losses and run for the exits.

Win or draw (A draw is a win by the way.) the CPRKSA is on the verge of setting a new precedance in this case. Even lose the CPRKSA has shown that the law is on the side of the common shareholder given the right circumstances.

***By the right circumstances I will clarify and state that solid leadership is a requirement. Which by the way both FFF and (you)Chuck have provided at the right moments. Along with others.

The successful equity preservation of the CPRKSA common shareholder in this case will show the way to many others.

I predict this BK case will be used by some attorneys and especially in some JD programs by the profs as a model of "How to preserve shareholder equity/common shareholders in a corporate BK case."

It really is a historic case in the making. Anybody who states otherwise does not totally understand this case.

A vision only requires one person to see it.... the rest can be convinced that is possible.
