I know what I have seen and sources I have depended on, technical, medical and legal in other endeavors, whom I have grown to rely on have torn the Dominion apart, inclusive of patent, technology and breadth of application. Do your own independant, due diligence and come to your own conclusions. Or, just continue with what have become evangelical rants. I am more than satisfied with my own intelligence. Polk has indicated if not directly, certainly indirectly he is a close adviser to Janes..."I begged him to get outside help for over 2 years". One can conjecture he has seen the unit operating if he has been that close for that long. He is likely unable to state directly that he has seen the unit in successful operation because he has signed an NDA. Just a guess but probably a good one.

AT - as you can see I rarely post on the board for one main reason, that reason is, that there is simply nothing of value to speak of at this time. That being said let me give you some facts.

1. There are appprox. 780,000 shorted shares of IMGG, this translates into less than one half of one percent of the float. This number is significantly lower than what it was lets say a year ago. This would translate into very little negativity on behalf of guys who can profit shorting, however, if a basher chooses to buy IMGG cheaper than he will continue to do what you are doing.

2. I must agree with Dr. P that we are in the best shape we have ever been. You like many others are correct that Deano wasn't as transparent as he could have been but in his own egotistacal way he prolonged this adventure. It is my opinion that this is our last at bat. Either we get the winning hit or we strike out. For me personally I want this to be over and done with. I'm sure you come to this board everyday with very little or no investment at all and just continue with the same lines over and over again. AT with all due respect you really do not know if the Dvis functions or not just because Deano didn't show it. You also assume things are going on at I3 and you really have no supporting facts to back up your statements. If indeed you do than please save me the few shillings that I have left invested. I would love to see facts and only facts. Deano will have to present the facts to FDA very, very soon. Let's hope he can make all us longs proud that we stood behind him till the very end. APPROVAL.
