you are young and I am old and I have just been hardened by age. If someone doesn't tell the truth, the trust is GONE. Why would they file and S3 when the SEC rules does not allow it? Was that just an error? I don't think so. If I know the rules, a CFO should certainly know the rules.

Why could they not even obtain a distributor for Onko Sure for over 1 1/2 years after FDA clearance? Then Grifols...I had never even heard of Grifols.
If an Abbott or Roche thought they could make money with this test, they would have been all over it.
What is the difference between the J&J licensed test and Onko Sure? With the J&J test, they can actually isolate the cancer cell and analyze its biology. That would tell you what it is and where it came from. The J&J test would potentially give a doctor answers and not more questions.
