If BUGS management were smart they'd go solve World Issues and make the USA look more idiotic than they do with the Gulf of Mexico situation.

Then they'd be the default cleanup technology if it actually performs as they suggest.

I didn't want to say "as advertised" because they don't advertise or market themselves well at all at this point.
