authorized was increased by 1.1bil to 2.5bil but CEO repeatedly explained that this was done for expansion (merger/acquisition) purposes

with this given ss company's unaudited book value stands at penny levels

As for current SS, I think that is a bit uncertain. From the company's announcement that they were going to be buying back shares on the open markets, there have been no updates that I can see specific to this...so, it remains uncertain exactly what remains in the current float. I guess that's part of what everyone is banking on...that when the update does come, the float is much more appealing that folks might think.

Mick my good man....How have you been? EMXC should not be TRADING here NO MATTER the SS right now. The amount of EYES alone (google seaches for info, penny stock sites and faceboook ALL TALK"n about EMXC) Market should correct itself in no time.
