Yup - not to mention that Wakabayashi Fund will have over 29,000,000 unrestricted shares in their account very soon (Feb 15). I think common sense says they will want to sell those shares while they have some value. Even if they get an average of just over $.10/share they will make over $3,000,000

There is really no reason to buy this on Monday because new investors at that point won't be included in the forward split.

In my opinion as soon as those forward split shares show up in people's accounts this one is headed down really fast.
