I don't know if this means anything But look how many shares of PBYX Stanley Larson owns.
I'm not sure if he bought them or was issued them for work done.

Stanley's signature is all over the PBYX Documents.

I think you are onto something Jols. They are also raising $600,000 with their newly issued preferred shares and their float was just reduced as well. There are so many things in common between these two companies, especially the timing and background.
