I think spins-offs are a going to be a ways out yet. Right now they're focused on getting uplisted to a better exchange, growing the exiting business units, and developing their distribution networks.

One step at a time. They already have quite a bit on their plates at the moment with the fish farming unit, so I think it's a bit premature to be thinking about spinning off some of their other business units just yet.

Another year out, I could see spin-offs happening. In the meantime, once the hysteria starts to dissipate with regard to Chinese reverse mergers (which has dragged down the whole CGS sector), I see the stock price at least doubling by the end of 2011... and then of course there are the dividends which add to the credibility of this company too.

Definitely a long term hold in my book (and adding on dips).
