I got 2 different replies from customer service

"Please note that rights (NEWTRT) were distributed on 2/8/11. You should receive exercise instructions in the mail."

and

"In review of your email of NEPH rights offering, please send us instructions via email or secured message to [e-mail]. With this message send us how many shares you are exercising. Also, please make sure you have sufficient funds to cover this transaction. We appreciate your patience with this issue."

Hopefully I'll get the form we're suppose to have/sign in the mail SOON!
Otherwise I will just make sure I hound them all next week :)
