Its interesting that you say that.
There is plenty of risk there, and if you don't want to take it, keep a very close watch on the board, sec filings, court filings etc. If there is to be a settlement or the verdict is posted after trial, chances are there will be a small window of time to load some up before the news is spread. The guys following this check for news constantly. If you remember back when the Federal case stay was announced, I came here and posted it. The price at that time was .05 and rising if I remeber right, it went to .16 before the shorts jumped all over it. If they win or settlement, its an easy 10 bagger from here and there may still be opportunity to get in in the .20's.
If not, there is always another stock. ALWAYS.
