Considering that fact that

Right now everyone is gunning like hell to make the closing happen in the date range provided

and

I would say the reference is to the range encompassing the 14-28th.

it would be my opinion that this will not be finalized next week. Now if they are "gunning like hell" and it still isn't finalized by the 28th then PPS is in trouble.

Come on Sass push those guys, get this done.
