EF always has name recognition mess ups. It could be a private co or something with the same name. I cant click on the link on EF although its there. Just about 100% of the time if its a real filing you will find it on PS or knobias or SEC and I dont see it there. It could just be a name recognition from the previous co that went private. It happens alot when they mention their old name.
