Ive seen this before many times on messups and it looks like one although the co name is the same. actually i cant even click on it on EF. But just about 100% of the time when a 8k is out its on PS and knobias. Hope everyone didnt buy into this and find out its a bogus name recognition run up.

I think it was the previous company that went private. I think that PGI Energy is a IPO and has nothing to do with the old shell. But who knows....
