That’s a good question. Let say we have Jeff(Batman), and we have Dean(The Riddler). Is Josh the Penguin? A third party trying to gain control or is he just one of the Riddle’s hench men? Clearly from his recent filing he is another evil character in the saga and not working for the benefit of the people(Shareholders).
