Evidently the DTCC problem still exists. Sorry for my error in that last post. I assumed that the issue was corrected as my broker restored my INIX shares to my account. But strangely they continue to not let me buy or sell INIX.

Bernanke - Schwab letting me trade INIX this morning. Go figure. Hopefully, their DTCC issue has been resolved.
