Ohhhhh?! So seems time is limited with odd jobs here and there, etc. [not unpatented cabinetry making]. EXPO did have time for multiple filings of billions of A/S for the benefit of WHOM?! Why not other claimed reports?!

So the financial defense of the management's failure to file Form 3s can not be accurate.

Thus the two reasons that have been presented here in the past for their failure to file are all that remain...

The first was for privacy reasons of Malone's position. This explanation does not explain why JD/GH have refused to file.

The second was because they sold some or all of their positions. This certainly is the most likely explanation.
