poor decision was left with a decision to sue the 'fake' shareholders - This was the DTCCs idea...not Megas. Shocking isn't it? The R/S was also a DTCC pre-condition. Conditions were met, but of course, DTCC never intended to honor their side of it. They fully expected Megas to do nothing and go away. DTCC holds the key to all this, and it may well be that only an Act of congress or an executive order can change that. If Megas has abandoned this shell, who could blame him? It seems hopeless...
