This is from the last 10Q. The fully diluted shares are the amount of common shares that would exist if all debt conversions were completed. You can see that the FD is over 3 billion shares. There are not enough shares in the AS to cover this conversion. If Eventus keeps dumping then they will have to raise the AS or reverse split the outstanding shares! IMO!
