The company may accomplish or not the goal.

- If they accomplish the target everyting is right.

- If they don't accomplish they will have a lot of problems. The owners will feel they are scammed and prepare lawsuits ( but absolutely difficult to win because the CVR identiture is clear and they explain clear the behaviour of this Contingent value).
So, the pubicity for FKP, Fresenius ( not APP) will be deathful. Bad way to make bussiness.
And try to explain you emited 164,5M of shares at a initial prize of 1$ and you didn't accomplish your target. Moreover if you think they placed a numbers for 2008(full year) and the CVR was placed in market at the end of 2008.

It's the believing whom is out of the CVR. I still believe in that.GLTA
