The company has the $3.6 million in cash he put in to buy the 120 million shares (equivalent to 1.2 billion current shares).
The authorized shares have been raised to 300 million (3 billion current shares).

On a post closed transaction basis, the stock has about a $5 BILLION market cap. So it would have to already dwarf CKX by 100 orders of magnitude to justify its current price, IMHO.
