Does anyone remember many years ago CLYW's technology was compared to RIMM's CDMA? The problem with CLYW's timing is that it was about 4 years too early. The phone, software and infrastructure technology had to catch up with their technology. I am not suggest CLYW will go to $800 like RIMM's did but $20 does not seem too far fetched over the next few years. Just my WAG. :)

I remember $17 being projected back when I first bought in 2003/2004. Of course, that was long before any of these lawsuit.

Its not unrealsistic and its actually lowballing imo. When Calypso wins and/or the TMobile settlement is announced they are not only back in "the ball game", they own the stadium and the ball. If you don't pay you don't play. Its that simple, there is no way around it, they've tried.
Upon news if we don't immediately gap up over $1, its only because noone is watching or understands the implications. $3 within a few days and from there its just a matter of having patience and waiting for the lawyers to play "Lets make a Deal"
As HR has pointed out, whoever comes first gets the best deal, TMobile knows it.
I'm going to sell some right away, just so I have enough money to buy drinks in Vegas. ;-)
