CHOP, mucho gravity pulling it down to 5
Huge number of warrants with strike of 5 expire in March
Safe to say pretty much none of those warrantholders actually want to give the company $5 for a share of stock.
There will be huge selling pressure on the warrants. This will bring down price of warrants, which will bring down price of stock, which will bring down warrants, etc etc
Stock very interesting at 5 though...
