I agree this promo is being offered to Twitter users, without Twitter's direct or tacit involvement.

Why would Twitter waste time talking about a partnership with GO800 when they are talking to Facebook & Google about a 10 billion buyout...

GO800 is small potatoes to Twitter - however I still believe leveraging Twitter is an interesting marketing strategy for GO800.

doone...I do think it would be big news, the biggest GOIG would ever have had to release. A concern I raised from the start was that perhaps, just perhaps, Twitter users would feel they are being targeted wihtout consent/approval as well as some penny company trying to leverage off of the Twitter name and accounts by offering a service to them when they didn't ask for it or even discuss the idea with GOIG etc.

Don't get me wrong, you know I'm for the Vanity Keyword concept, but if this isn't executed correctly it will fail imo like, well, like all of Ike's other forays.
