"Some posters lost it a little"

It's easy to get spooked, given the odds in OTCBB. You just have to remember that a company created and operated by HDI, owned by Rio Tinto, Anglo-American and Mitsubishi, is positively joint-ventured with LBSR, based on almost a decade of analytical science on land long recognized for anomalous precious-metals geology, directly adjacent to the famed Pebble deposit where they have found the biggest copper-gold deposit ever, in a state known for mineral wealth.

IMO, we have the closest thing you'll ever see to inside information, specifically because NAK isn't making much ballyhoo about the JV. A&P may have pissed off a lot of longs here, but they also may have allowed a lot of folks to increase their position, as I have, at bargain prices. NAK doesn't need a lot of press feeding on the albatross of bad financing attached to their new junior partner at Iliamna. It seems they think better of spending the money and drilling the claims (we have seen the drill holes on the acquired claims map), and making sure the new neighbors have adequate upkeep expense so the claims don't end up attached to another shyster finance scam.

Who can blame NAK for quietly going about their business, so long as they meet the provisions of their JV agreement, which they certainly are, by their own account, through official channels. They aren't hiding anything, nor are they trumpeting their JV with LBSR. They simply understand that the JV and the earn-in aren't worth a thing until the claims are proven to hold valuable reserves. Every shred of evidence up to this point suggests that there are untold riches in record amounts, and NAK's involvement, funding, and ongoing commitment to the JV further points to one simple conclusion. There is gold in them thar hills. Less ambiguous is the fact that Briscoe and the shareholders are first in line to profit from the eventual valuation of the claims, a process that is happening right now, documented and paid for as per NAK's own NR's.
