Well I don't know how they were managing to dilute into the market at .0002 when FINRA short data shows this stock being shorted 90% per day for over 3 weeks (and I was only looking at the stock for 3 weeks, it could have been longer).

There is something very intriguing about this stock.

How is recalling shares diluting??? Wouldn't that be reducing the A/S?
