You gotta remember that people are emotional and are reacting irrationally now. When things go bad for some, they let their emotions get the better of them. It's human nature. But we can choose to rise above human nature if we wish. As for whether we've hit the bottom, I hope not. But it has decreased a lot less today, so that ought to make some people very happy.
