She talked dividends would be out and then someone lied on this board and said they had received theirs. Then the CEI stated that they had not gone out. She stated that EMXC had done their part and now puts the blame on the TA. Well folks, the TA does not work for free and as long as EMXC can bounce checks to the SEC, why woudl the TA take one.
Then we were told that the Fiancial wou;d soon be done about a year ago and they are not done.
Then we were told that they were starting a buy back program, but cannot document what they have bought back, That the individual board members were buying stock was then stated.
That the book value should be a certain amount. Well, PROVE IT WITH FINANCIALS.
