In the larger markets, (not talking about the OTCBB) I have seen R/S work out quite well, with the pps soaring after such an event. It rarely, if ever, works out for the smaller ones (including the otcbb). There are two things wrong with your theory.
#1 (most important) Tony said a R/S WILL NOT HAPPEN!

#2 Many stocks in the otcbb market have share structures larger than what ENTI's currently is.
