Brian 3528, I agree. Plus, don't forget, that Virgin didn't respond to NEOM for a while, after they were notified by their attorneys, and continued to do business. So, IMO, they are going to have to 'pay-up'!

brian3528: I'm sure they'd like some cash settlement, but I too believe they won't get it or if they do it's not going be a huge amount like we'd all enjoy seeing.

Reason being is because I ask myself this, "What real damage and monetary gain has Branson/VirginEntertainment gained since they've started using the application in their Virgin music stores?

My guess would be, not too much.

If anything though, IMO, it has helped get the word out early on this concept. A fact that can only help NeoMedia and Virgin (especially if they licence/team/partner somehow w/ NEOM) in the longrun.
