You are so far off the Shares Outstanding at 12/21/2004. From the pinksheets link you supplied, here is what is stated in the 10-KSB:

As of February 28, 2005, the Registrant had 157,854,527 shares of its Common Stock, $0.001 par value, issued and outstanding.

I doubt they issued 156,187,860 shares between 12/31/04 and 2/28/05.

One of my newsletters sent out a note about WTER and will be following it up tomorrow morning -- right now I plan to nibble a few shares.
