BEHL had a 1 to 30 Reverse split so that run in early to mid '09 was based on that. You know how I know? Firstly, I played that one and if you look at the middle of '10 and on you could see a huge increase in daily volume which over 5 months adds up to 4.9 BILLION shares. During that time the stock kept dropping and that only means one thing: dilution......and LOTS of it. Won't be surprised to see BEHL do another R/S.
Companies do reverse splits, then increase the A/S and dilute into it. Want to know who else did that? Zevotec. 1:50 in '08 then 1:20 recently yet somehow they got a 200M + O/S???? It's called dilution. That's why you see a huge spike with the "updated" O/S posted the next quarter or so. Makes you think that they spiked up hard on that O/S. Wrong. They spiked on the low, reverse-split structure and diluted into it by simply increasing the A/S. Look into Zevotec. Common in pinky-land. So once again, you'll never find a huge float stock run 200% on only 10-15% of its float.

Nice try but.....try again. lol
