While I am not into that, I can see the logic. Court case delay "should" have caused the share price to drop, but I don't think the delay was long enough. Had it been a six month delay then the it might be worth flipping for more shares.
What I find more interesting is the impatience in the small buyers, not willing to wait for the price to drop and grabbing up those shares that are being sold without cause a price drop.
