If the company files the financials 90 days following the FYE, and the PR on January 4 said they would come out "shortly", wouldn't that contradict "shortly".

And that is the issue! Should be opening any day! Why was this date not mentioned if it was any day now!
Are we already making excuses for the Financials not being done?
If DA was so happy about them, you would think that he would rush to get the good news out. AND EARLIER THAN EXPECTED.
