The point is, if Eading legally sells Apple, then they can legally advertise with CCME, they both make money.

The line in the article talking about no margin to pay CCME is crazy.

From what I understand CCME is just a middleman on Eadings deal. They get the vig (x%) on orders they get through Switow, the fulfillment of sales is routed through Eadings arrangement with companies.

Actually, Eading appears to be an authorized reseller (retailer) based on the photos on their website.

That's based on the photos on the website. Why don't they ask them what their relationship is?

Isnt the main point that an individual can order an apple product through SWITOW? There is no need to make it anything more or less. Little details like that do not determine much.

My thoughts are that we are getting lost in the forest of details. The only fact that matters is this: Can CCME legally sell Apple products through Eading? The answer to that is Yes.

Nothing else matters. All this talk trying to categorize Eading, saying its margin is zero (I laughed at this one), etc...Its all a big ball of hot air.
