I think another big reason why the shareprice is trending higher is because the UBSS seller that has been pressuring the shareprice down for 2 months was exhausted at .075. They sold millions, and they are gone. IMO

I think I know what you meant. The buyers are going to the offer now because time is short, trial is imminent. If there is to be a settlement it will happen very soon may come at any moment. Thats what I see.
