Unrelated to NGNM specifically...but nearly all scientific/medical journals these days publish accepted papers online in a matter of days or a couple weeks after acceptance...so 3-4 months is not generally a reasonable timeline. This change in practice has very real implications for university tech transfer offices who can be caught off guard with public publication of material related to a patent application

NGNM…have managed to get the lab onto most of the provider panels for HMO's (losing some of their margin along the way)…
