There is no reason not to audit financial statements. There is no reason not to become "current" OTC stock. The risk is high, so is the reward. No other way to look at it.
If this were a scam then we would see a pr at least once a week. Then see the share price go up and down each time. The management is not making money off of shares sold so I think we can be prerry sure this is not a scam.
