when you say "the market was unimpressed with the news"... you mean assuming the market knows the news... its a press release world out there in otc land and 8-k's are only for people who already hold...as most that dont own are to lazy to dig in to them... people seem to like press releases that hit their trading platforms...its all about marketwire and their counterparts... when that happens then you will see some traction
